1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Graphari ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Graphari is a web application for uploading, visualizing, and analyzing line graph data. The Service includes data upload, graph creation, annotation, correlation analysis, and team collaboration features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity may create one account.

4. Billing & Payment

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. After the trial, billing is based on the number of graphs on your account at $1.00 per graph per month. Both active and archived graphs are billed. Deleting a graph stops billing for that graph. Payment is processed via Stripe.

5. Data & Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to store illegal content, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or conduct activities that degrade the Service for other users.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond the limits of applicable law.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain read-only access for 30 days to export your data. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphari is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
