When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and account name. Authentication is handled by Clerk, our identity provider.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, graphs created, and features used.

Uploaded Data

Data you upload (CSV, Excel files) is stored securely and used solely to generate your graphs. We do not access, analyze, or share your uploaded data for any purpose other than providing the Service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send account-related notifications (billing, security)

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Neon — database hosting (PostgreSQL)
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage
• Vercel — application hosting

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database connections, and access controls. All data is scoped to your account — no other account can access your data.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. After account cancellation, you have 30 days of read-only access to export your data. After this period, data may be permanently deleted.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or sell data to advertisers.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may export your graph data at any time via CSV download.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy with notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
